when is the best time to move Yucca plants. mine have just finished flowering and I need to move them as they are too close to each other.

They are pretty resilient plants. We have moved a lot in our garden, mostly in early winter and they all made it. Autumn would be good. Be prepared for long deep roots that are very difficult to get out. Then you get more plants coming up from the roots. They are like weeds in our garden, but they do like our sandy soil and hot summers.
