Hi,
The leaves on my Tomato plants are curling under, they are planted in large pots with general compost and watered 500ml each morning, they are getting worse each day, kept on a windowsil in full light but not too hot, please help quickly!
thanks all
.... ok, thanks for the advice everyone,
The plants look healthy apart from the leaves curling under on the top ones only! they have just started to show 2nd trusses and dont appear to be leggy, there are no signs of whitefly, the plants are about 12" high, I have reduced the watering right down, I think the compost is not the best as the water passes through quickly, I have put large pieces of broken pots in the bottom of each plant could this be the reason for the water passing through quickly!!?..could I lift the plants out if they dont sort themselves out and add some good compost or bulk to the bottom of the pots to retain the water better?
can you tell I have never grown tomatoes before? hahaha!

How tall are they?
Have you nipped the tops off after 4 or 5 trusses have formed? If not they could be getting leggy.
Are you feeding them?

it could be that on a night they get too cold. do the stems have a bluish tinge? they literally go 'blue' if too cool.
I dont think it is anything to worry about though.

Not sure, but this could be due to overwatering. I tend not to water my tomato plants til the soil starts drying out.
