A walk around our village

I went for a walk around our village yesterday, the sun was shining and I took my camera.

I thought that I would share some of the pictures that I took. They are in the form of a side show.

Hope you enjoy your walk with me:-

Thanks Bamboo it was only today that I discovered how to put a slideshow on here after trying different methods off and on for many weeks which all failed. Anyway I did it by putting all the pics on Photobucket and then eventually I hit on the right format.(of course it had to be the last one on the list!) ;-)

Thanks Cristina glad you enjoyed the walk around the village with me. The village is in Leicestershire. I put the photos on Photobucket and then you can turn them into a slideshow. It will then give you a link to put into forums so you can see the pictures on here. Glad you liked it ;-))

Great idea, Richard! Very soon now everyone will be "pinching" your idea! I would have done this evening but too tired for now. About to "hit the sack". Up tomorrow at 5am again!

I wondered what was going on when your blog took some to time to open! I really enjoyed the walk around your village. A slide show is such a good way of doing something like a stroll as there's a need of continuity you don't get by posting consecutive photos. It good that you don't have to constantly scroll down the page.

I was going to join Photobucket but found it very difficult indeed to read the "capchas" even though I scrolled through at least 6. So gave it up for tonight.

do u have to install it or is it allready on computer hun !!!!!!!!!!! love doing collarge but fancy haveing a go at slide show lol

Glad you liked it Balcony. Photobucket is not too bad to use after a little while you get used to it.
Cristina, You don't have to download Photobucket, just sign up for it, it is free, and you can store your Photos on there ....and do these slideshows with them. Click on 'make your own' under my photo above, sign up and away to go my friend ;-)

I like that presentation Richard, something new and fresh, especially for a walk. Your village is really good on the eyes too. That front garden is a real joyful expression of gardening.
