Thanks to the lovely weather we have been having, I am really pleased with the garden now!
So, I thought it would be easier doing a blog instead of photos and not having to go through numerous photos!
This is the view of the bottom half of the garden showing the big Annabelle hydrangea which is enormous again!
The plum tree is full of plums this year!
It’s just as well that I have a good friend who makes jam!
This is Rick’s favourite part of the garden!
He loves the ferns!
This rose is full again this year, but unfortunately don’t know the name!
Take care everyone and enjoy the sun!

I'd love to come and share your garden, Rose, it looks so leafy, green and lush. Have you had rain at all? What is your secret? We are parched and dry here (N. Wilts) and everything is collapsing!
I like your ferny area too. Lovely!

Thanks Sue! I will send you a p.m. xx
Thank you Julia, but the geese are not in this area of the garden!
It is a corner plot and the garden wraps around to the back, which is where the geese are, so not sure what you saw ! lol!
You would be welcome anytime Ange if you were ever down our way in Cleethorpes!
The garden , now finished generally looks after itself!
I don't need to water the shrub area much, but the flower borders have to be done most days, and of course, all the big pots in the other part of the garden with big trees and shrubs.
Thank you !

Your garden is looking absolutely stunning, Rose! So much to enjoy too - you’re going to have a real bumper crop of plums! Lots of summer colour going on - plus your rose is abundantly flowering…looks a lot like my pink one- which I don’t have a clue either of it’s name! Loving all your ferns and their wonderful verdant foliage!

Your garden looks so lush and that pink rose is fabulous, Julia is not seeing things that aren't there Rose, Goosy Gander is in the ninth pic down lol, I can see why Rick likes that corner, the ferns like mine are really strutting their stuff this year....

The rose is splendid as are all your lilies. Ours haven't flowered yet!
I too love ferns and leafy corners because they give a feeling of coolness and calm.
It is a very lovely garden Rose.

Thank you Feverfew!
My lilies have flowered and almost finished now Chris!
I didn't used to have ferns, but Rick loves them and now so do I!

Rose, you must be so proud of your garden as it looks fabulous, testament to the hard work you have put into it. I couldn't say which area I love the most, all of it really.

My word Rose, its looking fantastic! So rewarding after all your hard work.
The pink climbing rose has done you proud hasn't it?
I love the little ferny corner, and am madly jealous of all those plums - haven't they done brilliantly?
How's rick doing these days?
