Steady Spritz!

I spoke to Spritz tonight to see how she is doing and to let her know of all your good wishes.
Apart from all the rain keeping her indoors today she has been pottering around the garden.
She has also encouraged her OH to dig holes for her so she can plant into them. You just cant keep a gardener down!
Unfortunately sitting at a computer for any length of time causes her some discomfort so she cant get on GoY herself yet. I also know she has been buying plants, ready for filling the gaps where she has had winter casualties.
So keep up the exercises and dont get ahead of yourself!

So glad to hear she is getting her hand in, she can play lady of the manor for a while and give her orders to her gardener (OH) but not for too long as we want to see her back here again.

Sorry I missed this and came looking to see if there was any updates. I'm glad to here the news is good. Slow and steady wins the race but we all know that will be very hard for Spritz. Give her my best wishes too.
