Just wanted to wish everyone Happy New Year for 2011, my daughter is still in bed after an all night party, (its now 2pm but she didn’t come home till 11 am!!) i was in bed for 11pm i’m afraid was falling asleep on the settee decided it was daft and i’d be better off in bed!!
My garden is an absolute mess! After all the snow had melted its a quagmire :( i don’t want to walk on the grass too much but oh its so depressing! everything is dead and so wet its rotting, but i know (well i hope) that come spring it will look like this again

Rocky is now 7 months old and still full of it!! I am ringing the vets next week to book him in to be neutered, the vet tells me it will calm him down a bit (never had such a hyper dog!!) so sorry Rocky but they’ve got to go!!

Just love the comment on Rocky! I hope your garden drains off soon for you, you'll be surprised at how many plants will be fine in the Spring. Happy new year to you and yours. : o ))

Happy New Year SK know how you feel Ive just had a quick look around my garden and the weather has reeked havoc with many of my shrubs especially the Euonymus topairy , it was the same last year but they did eventually recover.
Hope all goes well with Rockies vet visit and that he becomes a little more easier to handle;0)

Happy New Year, SK. Rocky looks a real live wire but very beautiful, such a lovely coloured coat. Hope all goes well with his op. Lots of people say that Millie has some staffie in her (especially her backside!) but she certainly has the lurcher mentality - a good walk and then sleeps the rest of the day.

Lovely to see a bit of summer again,SK.I'm sure your garden will recover.My plants don't appear to be too bad..so far..will have to wait a while to see if the Fuchsia's have survived though.I had to smile about your daughter...been there,done that ..Lol...they DO grow out of it ..eventually..:o))Hope Rocky will be ok,after his op,he should be a bit calmer then..Happy New Year :o))
