Pottering!

Been a lovely day today here sunshine! Been potting up the baskets and pots, amongst the lucky dip plug plants that I sent for were some roses, ‘garden party’ well they turned out to be miniature roses after I ‘googled’ them! Very pretty pink and already flowering.
The garden is looking so much better after all that rain (she whispered!) granny’s bonnets in bud, perennial poppies, host as emerging all fresh and green,
These little violas have been flowering for a while, cheerful little plants aren’t they?
Hope you’ve all enjoyed your Sunday :)

I spend half the lovely afternoon dozing in the conservarory after a large lunch, but did manage to put in a tray of begonias and start pruning the dead flowers of my diseased azalea.(sob)

I have had a busy day too, digging out couch grass. housework, washing and the ironing still to do. But had a lovely roast beef joint for tea and am sipping a lovely coffee before sorting the greenhouse for the night.
