Spring has sprung

Well what a gorgeous day today has been really spring like, i have been out in the garden doing more tidying up of the long border (don’t know why i call it that don’t imagine stately home length borders!!) lots of things poking their noses out of the ground now and the daffodils seem to have shot up in the last couple of days!! making up for lost time.
there were frogs in the pond, spot the frogs!!
The sky was blue and the soil easy to turn over after the rain yesterday, it was a day that made you feel good to be alive!!!

Looks like you've had a brilliant day, SK, and your garden looks lovely and tidy. I've been out bowling today (indoors) so no gardening for me but I did take some photos this morning :) Brilliant photo through the archway looking at your lovely contorted hazel.

I don't know about you but over the winter I forget what changes I've made last back-end, and in the next few days I'll be reminded when I see the perennials start to appear. It doesn't take much to excite me these days lol.
