Just a few (very few) photos of Cercis canadensis Forest Flame and Acer Osikazuki, end of October.
Should have waited for the sun to reappear!

Beautiful colours Sheila! I love both these, the Cercis tree as it takes me right back to Spain and the little Acer as it's such a little beauty..βΊοΈ

Gorgeous autumn colour, Sheila! I always fancied a Cercis, but no room here for one, unfortunately!
Yours looks really pretty here, I'll admire yours from afar!

Yesterday I went down to have a look at the tree but it is only very slowly changing to a greenish yellow at present, but if I remember I'll go down there again next Saturday to see if a week has made any difference!

Beautiful 'Judas Tree' foliage, Sheila! There is a huge tree at the bottom of our street & every year I take a few photos when it is in flower! But as it is in the opposite direction to which we go when we go out I have to remember to go down there on purpose when I expect it to be in flower. I knew this tree had bright autumn foliage but I cant remember if I've been down that way other years about this time to get a picture of it.
