I made this focaccia today ~ the brightly coloured peppers remind me of the sun and the sundried tomatoes were so tasty they took me back to italian holidays
the rosemary came from my garden ~ just had to shake the snow off it first!
just one way to keep warm and cheerful!?

Great use for ingredients which can be easily grown at home. Have done this in the past (but not grown the dough bit, lol!!!). Would welcome the recipe, again. :-))

Hi S/T
That looks really appetising - can I have the recipe as well please ? The base also looks very soft and squidgy which is what I like.
Thanks a lot.

am i allowed to copy out a recipe from a book or will i get in trouble because of the copywrite?
its basically a bread mixture ~ with more oil than normal, it uses 500g of strong flour, 300ml warm water and 6tbs olive oil with chopped rosemary in it. while the dough is rising, you need to chop up and fry a couple of sweet peppers ~ dont let them go too brown. add some garlic, when the dough has risen squash it out onto a tray and lay chopped sundried tomatoes and the peppers on top, leave it to rise again and then bake for 10mins at 220/ 425/7 and then reduce to 190/375/5 for 15 mins. its all in the great british book of baking which i would highly recommend.
