Ideas for a Front garden.

I popped over to see brother-in-law last week and was most impressed with the make-over to his front garden.
The ornamental cherry tree had blight and had to be taken out.
!
As it was when he moved in two years ago.
He removed the tree and added gravel and rocks rounding off the lefthand corner giving it more definition.
This year the centre bed was enlarged and the lawn mowed leaving defining spaces for wild flowers.
I thought it looked a little different and worth sharing with you.

What a tranformation! The wild flower strips are an absolutely brilliant idea. Please show us know how they develop over the years.

It looks lovely. Adding curves instead of those straight lines makes it much more interesting.

Its looking lot more interesting now Phliss I love the idea of leave areas of lawn defined for wild flowers, we went for a little walk yesterday and it brought home to me how beautiful the wildflowers are, not in your beauty but airy and delicate;0)
