Funny how just one slight change in one’s life takes one off in a different direction. That’s what happened to me and I left off garden blogs for a while. But I’m back now and thought I’d start by putting a smile on a face…

I know what you mean, I am always looking at nature and seeing faces, I have a horse chestnut down my garden path and one of the lower branches was taken off some years back and how it has callussed over resembles an eye, looks cyclops like, I always see faces in things and when I ask the wife if she can see the same she always disagrees and laughs.

It's a bit like cloud watching isn't it? Get your watching eyes in and see what shapes you can see. I have a fascination for stones on the beach and used to sit for hours just turning them over while my young son played.
