Darn..I missed it ! Wasn't the sun late in getting out this afternoon,Julia? It was quite cold in Halifax,,but it just appeared as we were on our way home..I was sitting in the wrong room at home,having a cuppa..should have stayed in the Kitchen ! What a lovely sight...:o)

Actually managed some gardening today for a couple of hours before cold fingers drove me back in doors.

We went to Cleckheaton later and this was the sky as we came back over Clifton, looking towards Huddersfield. Seems the old saying must have some truth in it as we woke glorious sunshine and blue skies. Hope you are all enjoying the same :)

I was brought up with 'Red sky at night, Shepherds delight. Red sky in the morning, Shepherds warning' Must be something to do with being a country girl. ;)

It's been sunny here for a long time (very unusual) but it's too cold to enjoy it.

Very cold here too Hywel, so perhaps a well wrapped up walk rather than the garden.

A drive in the car with the heater full on sounds even better ;D

Lol! Can't get our daily bucket of fresh air that way Hywel ;)
