Dave said he'd try to see what's wrong but I don't know if he can do anything about it.

Hello Waddy. I checked my messages and the system works fine. The only problem I have, is the very slow internet connection, which is interrupted all the time. This is the reason I do not upload any photos here. I phoned BT many times and nothing was done. They want me to give them 11 months notice in order to close my account. I am a little hesitant to do it, as the previous provided was even worse.

Seems I'm still having problems accessing my private messages folks, so if you've sent me a PM I'm sorry if I've not replied. There looks to be 3 waiting so far. I'll keep trying, but like Paul says I keep getting the message 'Sorry, we've made a mistake...etc' and that they are trying to fix it.
I don't think it has anything to do with by server as my own emails and everything else are working fine.

I am having the same problem, Waddy. I used to receive email notifications when messages/comments had been left but that doesn't seem to happen now either.

It's not the server, it's the site. The people who are supposed to be running it don't bother.
They don't even answer my messages.

What do we do now Hywel? I don't even know how I contact those who run the site.

Its just a small thing everyone, but when I have sent a PM
I always click on the 'delete' button, so it doesnt clutter up the system.
Might be worth trying !

Waddy, to contact them you go to the bottom of the page, then you'll see the words 'contact us' on the light green background. You click on that and you'll get a page where you can type in your message.
You'll probably hear from Dave, but not the people who 'run' the site.

Waddy, I contacted 'the boys' 5 days ago as page 2 of my Growsonyou gardening page had vanished! Peter has e-mailed me today to say there was a minor hiccup and page now restored. I'm sure you'll get it sorted soon. :o)

You were lucky to hear from Peter Shirley. He doesn't usually reply - leaves it to Dave. I know of several people who have been ignored by him.

I've had a PM from someone this morning but can't see it.

I have contacted the 'powers that be' we await their response.

Hywel, I seem to recall a recent blog where Peter explained his dad, Dave (Shedman) answers most of the queries. Perhaps Dave is on his holidays! :o)

Dave has been on holiday and is now home. He told me so himself.
I wrote that blog you recall, and several people said they had been ignored by Peter and were fed up with him.
He was ignoring me a long time before Dave came on the scene. He uses being 'busy' as an excuse.

Just to let you know, I've had a reply from my email to admin and Dave has replied.
They are aware of the problem with P.Ms but he tells me it may take sometime to fix.
