I had such plans for (you guessed it!!!) those brambles/weeds. Having no success with eliminating them so far I decided to buy the brushwood killer and ordered a Hozelock sprayer from Amazon. I was on the attack! It all arrived on Saturday….and so…..
Since Saturday it has either been raining, just rained or we’ve been in bed sleeping…lol.
Those weeds/brambles don’t know what’s gonna hit them….rain, rain, go away, come back some other day!
I really need some ‘Indian Summer’ weather. How is everyone else doing in their gardens? I bet for all you seasoned gardeners rain doesn’t stall any plans at all.
On a happier note my daughter bagged 10 lovely rockery stones on freecycle for me….and they are ‘waiting’ in our back garden for installation…once the weeds are history! So…I’m a happy bunny with free rockery stones.
Off now to do some errands….rain doesn’t stop play in that realm. lol

hope the rain stops for you and you can get going with the brambles and weeds, once you have tackled them it will be all go, dont forget you cant plant anything for a few weeks after using weed killer , thats the only problem Wlass,,but at least you can get your rockery laid ready, hope you take some pics of your progress, love seeing the changes as they happen ;o))

It would be nice to get an Indian summer lol. I hope we'll be lucky soon and see some sunny days to get on with things.
