RHS Rosemoor, illuminated for Christmas.

We went to Rosemoor one evening last week to see its transformation into fairyland!
It was a very pretty sight to see, as we followed pathways lined with white fairy lights or little lanterns. The lighting gradually changed colour. Trees went from white to blue to purple to pink to red to green.
A nice supper was provided after our walk and it proved to be a really lovely evening.
Here are some of our better photographs – a lot were blurred and had to be rejected!
The next photo is of a beautiful spherical sculpture made of metal.
My favourite thing was a fire pit which had a woodland scene all around it which included hares, deer, foxes and a pheasant on a gatepost. It was stunning and for £1,750 you can have one too!!
It was a lovely experience and something quite different.

I am a pushover for lights in the garden even though we don't have any! It must be really great wandering around Rosemoor and seeing all the lights and shades.
Thanks for the photos.
Do the big Cornish gardens do anything like this, does anyone know?

Do you think Sandra that Santa might have realised just how good one of those fire pits would look in our garden?! Perhaps I really ought to write to tell him!!
I would settle for a smaller model!!!
