More mid-winter blooms

Spring must be close because I am starting to get several bulbs in flower.
The Scilla peruviana is best known for its dark purple flowers, but it also comes in white and a light blue:
Taxonomists have been at it again, and these (along with the so-called Cuban and Peruvian lilies) have been moved into a species called Oncostema peruviana.
The small but tall Bulbine frutescens is also open. This is like an ice plant with those fat leaves that retain water:
Then there is a Hippeastrum that is native to Brazil, but grows outside here. It is different than most Hippeastrums because it doesn’t need a dry rest period. It has been in a small pot outside all winter, and has come into bloom. The flowers are smaller than the others, only 3" across. It is Hippeastrum striatum:
And my favorite of all of them is also opening. Ferraria divaricate. I have this in 3 colors, and here are several phots of the one that is open today:
Too bad the flower only lasts a day or two, but worth it!

beautiful collection of flowers. how big is the Ferraria flower? It looks like crinkle taffeta fabric.
