Neomarica
5 comments
I grow 2 of the Neomarica, a member of the Iris group from Central and South America. Neomarica northiana has white petals and is surprisingly uniform in height for the flowers.
I also have a hybrid form with blue petals.
Easy to grow, but not tolerant of frost.

Have you tried to cross fertilize them yet?

They do produce a lot of open pollenated seed, which takes a long time to ripen.
