It's all looking lovely, Ydd! So many healthy and happy exotics! The furniture's not such a bad compromise...but I can see that you like cleaner lines. :)

Garden is looking so good, Ydd ... I was wondering if you got your Grapevine after all ... ours is leafing up again and already has tiny clusters of grapes ... enjoy yours for many years to come ... :o)

Wow what an improvement! the garden is looking really great now YDD. I like the way youve softened the new seating area with plants - lovely acer! And you must congratulate hubby on the new pergola it really compliments your raised planted area and give the garden some height. It looks like something from the Chelsea flower show - lovely!

Your hubbies table and chairs are the same as mine but I am having a devil of a job finding a company that does sand blasting, as Willi says I can see your side of it as the rest of the garden has much more modern lines - still its a small price to pay for good hubbies.

Hi everyone, just been a bit shopping, thanks for your lovely comments, Hub has only asked for 2 things in the garden, one is an acer that he allways wanted hahaha "allways wanted" thats a goodin, poor thing has since died but been replaced and the other is the table and chairs! i wanted a more tropical style but he wanted these so i let him have his way, it was for some reason, important to him. I would like to add, we have never sat on them lol.
Stroller, a mate sandblasted them at work but the machine clogged up so the last chair was half done, he was happy with £20. hub found a place not far from us who finished the job and also sandblasted bits still on the rest of the set, undercoated and spray painted them, all for £80.
Ive done loads in the garden since these pics were taken, goy wouldn't accept the pics, its so frustrating when they were all took with the same camera and memory card!!!!

Hi Daisy your blog didn't show up on my favourites list and you are definitely marked as a favourite very strange, and very annoying you couldn't load all your pics. Your garden is looking absolutely fabulous as always:) The weather here in Bournemouth has been dire as it has been all around I think and my flowers are all behind because of it.....today no rain but gales more poor plants are really going through the mill. Havent looked out the front garden yet but my peonies have just flowered and now expect the petals are shrewn all over the garden! Hope you get the loading problem sorted and look forward to seeing more pics of your amazing garden:)x
