LOVELY.
If you want to upload your pictures faster you must first reduce their size. You can do this by opening them on your computer first and then save as JPG format. This is what I do with my pictures and the quality does not suffer.

Wow! Aren't they all superb? All those beautiful pots must take a lot of watering, especially this year in all that heat. All so beautifully exotic, I bet the neighbours spend ages looking out their windows at your glorious view.

Wow, thankyou so much for your replies.
Avis, i just use miracle grow once a week (if that)
Honeysuckle, yes a lot of watering this year, gettn a bit fed up with it really Haha.
Paul, yes mimulus, isnt it lovely, i bought them from the allotments where i buy my colius, i thought it was exotic'y looking.
Dotty-D. The exotics have done well this year, im over the moon with the Trex, The TFs not so much, smaller and less fronds than usual because of lack of rain this year, but still gorgeous :)
Once again, thanks everyone for your lovely comments..

Hi Dee x looking good gal ? now tell me, what the heck is Cycad flush? I'm scared now, I have 2 of these...
12 Aug, 2013
Also, what is the plant in the 10th pic with the long stems behind the hostas ?
12 Aug, 2013
Lovely to see so many lovely pics of your garden,DD! :-)) It really could be anywhere but Newcastle (sure you're not cheating on us & this REALLY is S.France?)
I wondered what you meant by "Cycad flush" as well! After looking at the photo again I think you had a typo & meant "finished" & not "flushed"! After all the two keys are beside each other on the keyboard. So very easy to make a mistake like that! That's where a spell checker in your browser is so helpful as it flags up any mistakes like that you make. Though again as both words are spelt correctly it wouldn't have flagged it up for you!

Dee definately meant 'flushed' as I've seen the term before but couldn't find a definitive answer.

Hi Booboo and Balcony thanks for the lovely comments.
The cycad is in a pot on the table, last years fronds have died but it doesen't mean the plant has as there are new fronds appearing from the growth point, They are a lot bigger now and ive cut off the yellow leave's. only thing is, i can't move the pot as the fronds would twist, it has to stay exactly where it is lol, got a freight last week when i saw a wooden pink daisy stuck in the pot!!! Ive marked the pot in line with the table and luckily it was still lined up hahaha.. Gawd what a slaver on lol.
Booboo its just a common fatsia, i have a Trachy growing behind it which needs light so i cut off all the lower growth and i like it..
13 Aug, 2013
Thanks Dee, one of my cycads has 2 yellow leaves, I'll cut them off.
Aha! That's why I didn't recognise the Fatsia!!!
How's your Brug coming along? I planted all my cuttings in a border and one of them has flower buds!
13 Aug, 2013
Oh forgot to say my brug has buds! YAY. watching every day for the flowers lol. im so excited..
Look into the top of your cycad, you might see small fronds appearing..
13 Aug, 2013
