Cannot believe it is a year since we went to our annual NGS lunch, always look forward to this event a room full of gardeners, all talking about plants and gardens with lunch with lots of homemade cake to follow and a couple of glasses of red!!
After we went to visit a large garden owned by our past County Organiser well know for her collection of (Tommies) Crocus Tommasinianus, the weather was perfect cold but sunny…….
I think you have to agree with me this is a sight to behold…..

We are used to carpets of snowdrops but when you add colour Wow that is something else, have seen the ones at Wisley but this so much more natural

Gosh what a sight spectacular / stunning / beautiful ,all of those i'm glad you enjoyed you annual 'do' Angela we have our annual horticultural dinner this Saturday night , I've come to the conclusion we are all too busy in the garden to have them in the summer months .....

My favourite crocus. I have a few in the garden flowering now...well I did until Willow decided they were worth eating this morning! What stunning photos...really beautiful. You were really blessed to see this amazing garden. Thanks for sharing!

Gorgeous, I wonder if they have spread naturally, the Tommies are early ones, arent they, love them, I planted lots in the Autumn.

Amy thanks we always have an early lunch, we meet the new garden openers, get our Hampshire booklets, etc so we are ready for the off, so exciting another adventure......
I am happy to share this with you, because it was one of the best displays we had ever seen......
