New GoYpedia page!!!

Mine are not flowering at present but I had photos on my old page of when they flowered last year. I will post them again later on. They are on my big computer so I will do it later on.

In the hot summer I might be tempted to add to Goypedia Walls with a few Cornetto pics....Lol.

Mine not in flower as yet, was almost put off this plant last week, I was reading Andy Sturgeons lovely book Potted........quote.... 'Pariahs' (African Violets) These are old persons plants, when you reach a certain age you get a bus pass, a pension and an African Violet..........he finishes off by saying.... 'Problems' apart from generally being horrid, they can get mealy bugs, aphids and botrytis....so there you go ones mans meat!!!!!!

It was probably a "tongue in cheek" comment...or.....perhaps he had no luck with them.....he.h.e.he.............lol

DD...I don't have a bus pass and I don't get a pension but I absolutely LOVE AV's. I've never had mealy bugs, aphids or botrytis on them. Thrips sometimes but that's about it......Maybe I've reached "a certain age" before my time....LOL

Its the "magic" in your fingers Gilli.....your AV's are certainly beautiful.....I'm even tempted to get some again......I defected to streptocarpus a few years ago.....lol
