Will you let the cosmos self seed there, or plan different for next year?

Thanks, Grandad for your encouragement! 👍 As for the Cosmos being left to self-seed I don't think so. Though if any seeds make it through next year's planting, provided they don't mess up what I think of doing then, can stay! Rather like the self-sown Sunflower! At the same time I have to be aware of what the Town Council gardeners do next year, after all they are responsible for the planters not me! Though I may plant late I will have to wait & see what they do - if anything!

I've bought some bags of Daffodils to put in them but I don't want to be spending money if I can help it. Especially as they may be pulled up by the gardeners!

No, I've not got in contact with them.

It's good that you put the photos in a new blog because nobody would have known about them if you'd added them to the old one, there is no way of letting people know about things like that.
