Thought I’d share a few photos of the day, had a good day out again. Found the floral marquee fairly expensive but you could get 3 for £10 on some of the outdoor stalls, got me two Achillea Teracotta and a verbena similar to bonariensis but shorter Santos Purple, a white phlox for my mom and hubby bought a hot chilli plant. Also bought myself a Hackonekloa Aureola as I bought one earlier in the year that has not grown so couldn’t resist when I saw it, but will hopefully have 2 now, but goto find somewhere to put the first one.
The pic above won best border in the category and you could tell as soon as you saw it, it was stunning and also won a Platinum award.
The other side
Thought these were pretty combos (2 above)
Carol doing a talk
There was also book signings was tempted to go and see Monty (saw Carol a few years ago) but didn’t in the end mind you the book was £20 but would be worth it to see Monty 😀
Didnt take many pics really, thank you for looking :-))

Lovely pics without too many people in the way, so you did really well. When we went the marquees were packed with like a conveyor belt to view - woe-betide you if you wanted to stop or change direction. I felt really sorry for people in wheelchairs as the number of people really restricted their view and as for taking children round - it must have been awful for them. However the displays are always stunning and stall-holders helpful, food and drink expensive and seating minimal, but what's a good day out if you can't moan about something? Glad you had a good day.
