That is a great photo. I was listening to our blackbird this morning.......it is just lovely. Barry, my husband, can whistle like a blackbird, so he often gets into a two way chat. :0)

Thanks. Glad you enjoyed the photo. For me, the song of a blackbird is summer, especially on a balmy evening. But I didn't like him very much at 4 o'clock this morning!!

Oh you caught him in full throttle, thats a great photo, I do love to hear the blackbirds song but my daughter doesn't agree with me, she hates the dawn chorus.....
