Gaura lindheimer

What a gorgeous Gaura L/lass..I used to have some pale pink ones but I don't think they liked our soil, so we lost them. Have always been tempted to get another I must admit..\0/x

I also love Gauras Lincs. Will it be staying indoors for the winter? I'm never sure whether to give mine winter protection or not.

I am tempted to leave it in the pot to see how it fares through the winter, I`ve never had one before so do not know anything about them other than what I have read on here and in my books, if left in the pot I can pop it into the g`house if I think its neccessary....

Such a pretty flower with these Lincslass, I have White ones which grow very tall though, these pink ones are much more tidy...:))

It's a lovely healthy plant apparently they don't like heavy soil it need to be light /sandy soil , good luck :o)

ah that is probably why I lost mine then, we are heavy clay, it is a lovely plant.
