Tagites

Tagites (Tagites)

These bright marigolds make a colourful splash along the side of the drive. They are a grow anywhere plant and seed very widely, so I am quite strict about where I allow them to grow, other wise they would take over.

Thanks Pollyanneaver. They are a very reliable plant, so easy to grow, in fact difficult to stop them growing,

They are gorgous do they self-seed? I have to plant them as annuals here in the U.S.

Mine self -seed very easily. Lots come up, in fact I have to weed them out to keep them under control.

Chris, I think they all self-seed easily. I had some in pots near my patio and the following season they were growing all the way across the yard. I guess the wind helps too.
