Hope lives on

Blossom time for the “Aprigold” apricot. Rain is bashing it a bit but there was a bumble bee in the sun yesterday
Unfortunately the tree has leaf curl as it is outside & covering from rain is not an easy option so it has to take it’s chances, it’s survived ten years but never fruited, maybe one year it will surprise me

Such lovely early blossom. I ditched my Apricot after a couple of years as it never kept its fruit till ripening, even in my greenhouse.

thanks both,
Thrupenny, copper is no longer allowed as fungicide, I used to use it before those type of products were banned

That's a shame perhaps a good spray of feed on the leaves.
