Judas tree at Easter

Such a lovely tree.

Ours seems to be blossoming late this year. Can't imagine why though I have noticed a section has died off. It is very old!!

Fancy having grown it from seed! How fantastic! Have loved these from first seeing a picture of one.

They are very pretty when in flower and must be a lovely sight together with the white pear. There were two of them in our nearest town but the council chopped them down and now all you can see is an ugly brick wall.

Hywel, sometimes council actions can bring despiar but then they do something to lift the spirits. Our one sows wild flowers on the roundabouts, lovely show in summer & needs no further care

I like to see wild flowers sown on verges etc but Carmarthenshire doesn't do it.
They have planted some phormiums instead of the trees.

Lovely show of blossom, you must be so proud of that tree Grandad, your neighbour did well planting a white blossomed one, lol, they look lovely together...
