Winter project #2 part two!

Well when I put up my new poly tunnel greenhouse thingy we realised there was a small problem!
In that it was vertically challanged
So I set to with gusto, and a cup of Carols best coffee under my belt!
I dug,
and I dug,
Then I stopped, so Carol gave me more coffee
After which, I was quite happy to dig some more
Until I had cleared enough space to allow me to stand up easily
In fact, I had dug so much I had room to put down these (cut down) Pallets as a walk way! ! !
Then it was a case of shoring up the sides to stop them falling in!
Yet another huge pile of soil to ‘dispose’ of!
So now you know the power of Carols ‘special’ coffee. Whats In it? I have no idea but it really does the job Lol.

Looks like it would have been a perfect size for me, Ian, being an under-tall person! You've made a good adjustment there. What's going inside now?

SBG, I was in a rush today and she tends to stand behind me whenever I'm doing anything so mum (Carol) took her to a friends house while I was busy!
Morgana, I said EXACTLY the same thing! ! !
SBG, Carol knows better than to argue about my 'skills' We have been together for 12 years! Lol
17 Oct, 2009
Who would dare to cast nasturtiums on your skills Ian...the missus knows better after all these years? ...what skills exactly are we talking about?Hey hey!
17 Oct, 2009
Boom boom Fluff, My digging skills I guess?
How are you tonight?
17 Oct, 2009
lmao I would of used it for the neighbours dead bodies make plants grow better so we become the manure to the earth, Forensic in Canada they use machines when the fbi cant find the bodies from murders so there is a special team that find them they alway s say they have noticed where the body is in the ground its growing better than the ground around the body.
17 Oct, 2009
Yuk, Morgana. I know they use ground penetrating radar (same as they do for archaeological digs) but I didn't know about the growth thing!
17 Oct, 2009
Yes I ve always said thats why we are here we are s..t to the earth lol which is true by their diagnosis I know they plant a certain tree in the grave yard next door to me to take the poison of the bodies out of the ground, I ll find out what the name of the trees are lets face it you never see dead grass around the graves in a grave yard do you.
17 Oct, 2009
(shudder) :~((
17 Oct, 2009
Its the living you have to be careful of not the dead they are the best neighbours I ve ever had they never complain I can play my music loud, even the vicar does, he highers the church out to the African bands you can hear their instruments and singing till 5 in the morning.

Thats right Hywel, I also have quite a deep step which will deter certain preditors from gaining entry to MY greenhouse! (particulaly the female 'Digs' variety) Lol
