get well soon Ken!! I'll be thinking of you today as I'm donning my wellies and off to spend a day with the chickens cleaning out the sheds and if I have enough energy to clean out the stys too!! I'll say hello to them from you!! xx

Well, well, well. I didn't expect that lot of comments. Thank you soooooooooo much.

Must say I'm feeling a lot better today. At least the sciatica has gone, thanks to Ibruprofene. The sinus problem is still there but not as bad as that cold wind yesterday.

My eye's are swollen today, but that''s diabetesthat's causing that. I can live with it, it's just a damned nuisance. My sister in Harlow has the same problem. I've been diabetic for 8 years and this is the first time it has happened.

Anyway, once again, thanks for your thoughts and comments.
