Will these containers be frost proof Jacque? On here recently somone said that Fuchsia roots are susceptable to frost?

I dont know Dr ? i keep all my Contained Fuchsias In My GH over winter so it wont matter to me :) They r however made from a good material :)

Not a problem then for you Jacque - but for those that might not have a greenhouse it also went on to suggest burying them in their plastic pots over winter.

Thats a great idea Dr :)

i use these when i want to plant an invasive plant, bamboo etc, i bury them in the border, its a waste to use good pots lol..

That's a great idea, I've been planting in buckets like that for a while and you can even paint the buckets if you're not happy with them looking bucket-like :) I painted mine blue and green colours using left over paint, who needs expensive garden-centre pots! And they do seem to be frost proof, although mine are all in a south-facing London garden so we don't get much frost here at all, but my buckets looks excactly like the one you've used.

Good idea Jacque and with the panels down the sides a bit of decor too which would cost extra if it was a pot. :o)
