Autumn has come

Autumn has come so it is time to get the autumn feed into the lawn. Also start to plan what plants to use for the baskets and tubs. First I will sit back and reminisce about the work I had put in the garden with that wonderful summer we had.
Summer started for me with seeing my over 25 year cactus come to life.
I enjoyed watching my chilli plants grow from seeds
I also liked selecting what plants to use for the baskets and tubs
Harvey came to stay with me for two weeks. What a time we had with walks on the beach
Off to the park with my granddaughter and grandson
I have to mention the day we fed the swans
The walks in St.Annes park
Coming to the end of the summer Big Ben got the chop
Yes it was a good summer

A summer well spent I'd say!
however, might be so bold as to mention one should try ones best not to use chemicals of any kind on ones garden/lawns as it all washes down into the water table only to be pumped up again into our drinking water. Lets try to clean this planet as much as possible. There are organic ways to feel ones lawns and gardens.
If u Google I'm sure you can find organic ways to tend your garden.
I love this planet and the more we take care of it the better for those that we leave it to.

You have had a very productive season there, with your plants and trips. No wonder you can look back on it all, and feel good!
