Twigmoor Woods - 5 minutes breather.

Stopped in the little car park at Twigmoor Woods near to Greetwell village.
5 minutes to check some emails and have a quick breather before my next visit.
Several dog walkers coming and going…tried to take a pic of a couple of squirrels nibbling on the feeder, to no avail.
I thought it was a nice little spot, where people bring bird seed/fat balls etc daily and fill up the feeders for the wildlife.

It's a very evocative name, Kate! What a good idea for the public to look after the feeding stations. A pretty place to take stock.

Thank you everyone for all your kind feedback - have to say, I do stop off as you all know, when I can! Therapy indeed! It’s great how walkers and dog walkers alike all maintain the feeders and feeding stations. I’d love to be able to venture further in to the woodland - the name is evocative Ange, isn’t it! - and discover what lies beyond the ferns, rhododendrons and all the greenery!
