Oops must have posted at the same time pixi. ive been good for last 2week not eating late and healthy! but when i think ive not eaten much in the day i like to think its ok to eat half a dozen muffins lol :o)

These look great,Leigh..It must have taken you ages...what time do you get to bed at night? you always seem to be busy doing something..especially with two little boys to look after as well..It's nice to make your own though,much nicer than bought stuff..:o)

For Scotsgran- finally found the website I got the recipe from, i added edible glitter for decor and probably wise to use actually muffin cases rather than cupcake ones lol, thats all I had...enjoy!

Just had a look at the link,Leigh..and bookmarked it..might have a go sometime...looks good..I converted the page into metric though..as not very good at measuring in cups ,the American way ..all I need is ripe bananas..they never seem to last long enough to get to that stage ! :o)

Lol-naana's dont last very long in our house either, ive always called alf a cheeky monkey and he lives up to it! I find it easier actually, using 'cups' though I dont really know what size lol. :-) theyre really easy, instead of mashing the naanas l cut them in chunks about a centhmeter and the crunchy top followed by the gooeyness was just yummeee!!! :-)
