Such a cheery sight. Come take a walk around whilst the portal is open…..
The Acers are beginning to bud and as you can see the Marsh Marigolds are opening, happy frogs in here doing what comes naturally….
Close up of Mum and Dads Memorial tree, the larger one behind the fence is fading now but it originally started to flower just in time for new year, below. is one very lazy Hellbore, been in its position for over ten years and this is the first ever flowers…
Well how about that Goy is tired now and refusing to upload any more photo’s, lol, was going to show you the stumpery and make our way back up the footpath between the long border, the roses are coming along very well, I gave them a little prune a few weeks back which has encouraged plenty of new growth, it also looks really pretty with lots of miniature daffs and then the Photina bed , never mind aye, we’ll show them another time, I have plenty of photo’s ….sun is shining although a tad chilly today, so its a relaxing day for me….x

Sue, this is why Spring is my favourite season, with colour appearing in the sunshine. It is cooler in the breeze today so I have only deadheaded the Hellebores, played 'hokey-cokey' with the greenhouse pots and that's about it.
Did you get my PM yesterday, asked you for your address so I can post the plant off to you?

Anget keep trying, they bring so much joy, I've had many dogs and cats, even four together, at one time,( sadly only Toffee now because of Pepper) I have had to rescue a frog on occasion but that rarely happens, its all good fun..I did a bit yesterday before we went out with the dogs but its turned colder today despite the sunshine so I'm having time off......

Shirley its cold here as well, so I'm relaxing today, I haven't looked at PM's yet as they had also decided to play up, how many of my last one did you get, I did apologise in case you had repeats, I'll send my address, thankyou so much Shirley..xx

Thankyou Siris....Its nice to get rid of the dead stems, it makes such a difference to the beds and borders....Still plenty of places for the little critters if they suddenly need to find somewhere warm, hoping that won't become neccessary though, I quite like the idea of warmer days to accompany the lighter nights....

Your pond looks really lovely and your beds look so neat and tidy and full of promise. You have so many pretty corners in your garden.

Sandra isn't it frustrating, I'm taking all of mine on my mobile still, the ones taken on my camera won't upload no matter what I do, mobile ones go into Google images.
The garden looks lovely with more opening daily but it was too cold for me today as well , I soon retreated back indoors.....

Thankyou W'rose, its so much easier to cope with having the small area's, plus if I get bored working on one I move to another.....

Thanks for sharing, Sue. Everything is looking just lovely in your spring garden! Your parents memorial tree must be a favourite for you, a lovely reminder.
Lots of colour and new growth spurting in to life - I do always love to see your pond. It’s hard to believe your hellebore has not flowered all these years til now! That’s one sleepy plant - but pretty too 😁
We’ve had a lovely, mild weekend..lots of sunshine and gardening 👩🌾

Kate it is, a beautiful tree and mum would love it, I like to sit down there and just think, I planted a climbing rose against my arch when I lost my sister as well.
You could say my Hellebore is very late developing, lol....Its turned very cold today Kate so I'm relaxing indoors but forecast is good for the next week....

I think it’s such a lovely thing to do in the garden..you are surrounded by ‘family’ in that respect..lots of memories and wonderful additions. Your sisters rose will be a beautiful memorial too. x

M'land sadly we have a turnaround today and its been cold, gave me a chance to do indoor chores without longing to be in the garden, lol, plus I was on standby for Derek as he has yet another project on the go...

All looking very spic and span Lincs. You've obviously been hard at work. We had a day off yesterday but have been hard at it this morning, too. I envy you your pond. I am still working on OH to find space for one here, just can't seem to persuade him.. Mind you if they were here your frogs wouldn't have any time for togetherness - our cat loves catching them, little swine.
