My Pavers Nearly Sorted..

They had nearly disappeared …
As you can see some had really sunk so needed lifting and more sand added, it took some doing and is not a job I like but well worth the effort…
So much better now, unfortunately the weather turned turtle and I haven’t been able to carry on down the centre to do the large ones yet, they will not be lifted despite the fact some of them have decided to follow the natural slope of our garden….
Never mind aye !!!! you all know I like the natural look…..

I have two Paul, the one at the bottom of the garden is home for the wildlife.. I cannot get rid of anymore grass as the garden is too big, not only that, the bottom half is all still clay on stone except for my raised bed, its a nightmare if one needs to dig for any reason, couldn't manage it 40yrs ago so its a definite no can do now...Hope all is well with your wife and your little bundle of expected joy,....

You have done a great job of lifting the pavers, Lincs! The garden will be better for it & it will be easier for you, too!

It's so satisfying to get these sorts of jobs done when they've been outstanding for a while. I'm impressed!

My word, did you lift them all single handed? Brilliant job - well done! Now take a break...

I did the small ones Stera but the bigger ones down the centre have to stay put and go where they wish, too heavy for us at our age...
