Many Thanks, to you all!!
Needed to get sidetracked for a few hours!!!!
Years since I was in the College Club, Di! Oh, I mis-read it - :-D
Never thought about texture, Morgana, was just counting "white" "dark" as I went - Lol!!
Ridiculous idea of putting anyone to shame!!! I got this technology and idea from all you wonderful GoYers, of course!!!!! (You might never hear from me again, after discovering this - lol!).
Bb!! - Only thing can think off the top of my head right now is Eupatorium rugosum "Chocolate". Would that be it? :-))
28 Oct, 2009
Oh thanks so much David ! Thats it knew I d have to ask the chocolate expert . Is it usual to be flowering so late only just in bloom now ..
28 Oct, 2009
:o) lol all because the Lady loves Milk Tray hey he he
28 Oct, 2009
Hi, Bb! Ours has not bloomed at all this year (well, wouldn't expect it to, before next summer), as a new introduced perennial). Discovered this on GoY, via Spritz, who has pics of both foliage and blooms, so would ask her! Methinks, however, that it should flower long b4 now, normally. Many Congrats on yours !! :-))
Help yourself, Morgana, my Dear!!! - :-))
28 Oct, 2009
Fed up with asking Spritz as she has everything in her lovely garden ..it is possible to have too much of a good thing she so spoilt ..lol
You familiar with Coprosma Pacific glory David ? Evergreen shrub with new leaves that turn chocolate brown.
As for Morgana .. she usually does . role on Halloween eh ..
28 Oct, 2009
I do have Coprosmia "Pacific Heights" - as does Spritz, I think LOL!!!0
Just about to bring it indoors to overwinter!,
Yes, you can offer the ladies "Milk Tray" (or anything on a tray, methinks), we are all just too soft-centred, for my liking!! :-))
Roll on Halloween, indeed!! Just spent a few hours in dress rehearsal with J and E, getting them ready for thier school parties tomorrow nite - GR8 FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
28 Oct, 2009
Thank you David that was kind of you.
Role role, on All Hallows eve tut Bonkersbon I fly, I will show you pm comming up .
28 Oct, 2009
That all sound fun David hope they enjoy their school parties and Halloween
28 Oct, 2009
We are having some gr8 fun here, Morgana!! My daughter wants to go as the "Wicked Witch of the West", and my son as a re-incarnated, zombie scarecrow!!!!!!
Guess that they still remember the "Oz" garden theme!
Will be gr8 fun finishing off tomorrow - I, of course, being the biggest kid on the block!! :-D
Well. exhausted now, so will say Gooodnight, "Sweet" Dreams! CU tomorrrow, sometime.

Great picture, so many talents, gardener, story teller, now photographic technician, where will your talents end? How do you create these collages?
29 Oct, 2009
Morning, all!
Bb - just realised an error! The Coprosma I have is "Pacific Night" not "Heights" (DOH!!) - Lol!
Jean.- You're so kind! Lol! Following on from pictures and comments by Jacque a couple of months ago, several members seemed to have got themselves Picasa 3, which is free to download. I did have initial problems with it, so uninstalled it then installed again yesterday. Think that I can work it not too badly, haven't investigated fully what can be done with it.
:-))
