How long does it take birds to find a bird table?

I bought a new one in the summer and so far it has been ignored!
I even tried putting food around the edge a couple of times but no difference.

Maybe this winter..................

They do take time to find the food, seems you live close to fields so they eat from the fields first, then come later when there is nothing out there to eat.

I wonder who pulled the shower curtain across....:o)

It has got of been a female as the men would draw it back the other way lol.

Dawnsaunt, that reminds me - I had the lawnsprinkler on last week (yep - I'm mad !) and a Blackbird flew from one fence, through the spray, landed on the opposite fence, shook himself off and repeated this about seven times. I don't know who was more amused, him or me !!! :~))
