Barbara (Spritz) gave me a number to ring a few weeks ago, they all look really healthy. Will be getting some more bulbs of them at back end.

They look a good purchase.
Always a risk with mail order but looks like this was a good choice.

Great idea to buy them in the green Clarice as you ll benefit from flowers this year and should spread well .Might have to follow your example as we have the grand total of 2 snowdrops appearing lol

Brings back memories of last year Clarice I bought some in the green too, try to buy a few more each year, trying to fill our small wood with them, some of the larger clumps will need splitting this year so will be doing it all over again when they've flowered, lol, worth it though.

Bet your wood will look great when they are all in flower.

They look as if they've been there for years, Clarice, beautiful.

How many clumps did you get out of the order, Carol?

Barbara i got 4 good clumps, and every one is doing really well, most of them are flowering now and look if they have been in garden for ages.x

I think I must be doing something wrong as I have had the same 2 snowdops near my front door for years which have never spread and this year haven't even flowered!! I bought some bulbs last Autumn which have grown lovely big leaves but not flowered but I do know that they are rather inclined to flower better when planted in the green. I will be crossing my fingers next year for those plus my brother, who lives in Wales is bringinging some from his wonderful garden as he has thousands. Sue
