Ahhh...., the magic of run-off rain water. Don't you just love it. I rarely get enough rain to see that kind of magic in my garden...:-(

Not had much rain for some time now Flower..even had a few moorland fires.Other areas getting plenty to keep England green.

Sounds like you are unfortunately having a summer like mine. Seems like all I get done anymore is dragging those darn garden hoses around in the yard.
Hope no one lost their homes...

Our driest for many years after that long winter fortunately area quite remote and a National park so buildings few and far between.Its mainly heather and gorse and it smoulders rather than blazes like some of the fires you have in US speed of those truly scary.

I hate to hear of anything being lost to fire, but glad to hear there were no lost lives and homes. To lose everything you have in the blink of an eye is devastating,and scarey as you said.

So long as family safe things can be replaced ..expect you ll be glad to spend some time in your garden after all that work in your home.Looking forward to seeing some pics soon ..

Yep Jane nodding here ..poor Roger beginning to see what he has to put up with .. you trying to renovate the house during our sport season , then theres the garden the shopping the cleaning .. yes I do that too shes totally spoilt cook her meals ..she burns water but hey do I complain?
