That ols wall is lovely. It must give a lot of protection to your plants.

It really does Hywel.....this side is cool damp and shady, and the opposite side which is an old brick wall is in the sun, so thats hot and dry!

It's nice to have different environments in your garden. It means you can grow lots of different types of plants :o)

It will look stunning when all the roses are out, how lucky you are to have a lovly stone wall;0)

Pleased you like it Cristina......the Sambucas are lovely......the dark ones spectacular....I have seen quite a few in flower here, the pink flowerheads against the black foliage is amazing....looking forward to seeing yours...:o)
