I would love it but my OH dosn't like cheese , it is difficult because so many recipes have cheese in them ,I love it , another reason to come knocking on your door Carole .. ;o))

Sue moans about the "clutter" in the kitchen, except for the cheese clutter. When we go into Oxford together (rarely, as the last time we went shopping I went to a pub and got legless in the time that it took her to buy NOTHING), we hit the cheese trader in the covered market. It's the one place around here that reliably stocks Brie de Meaux ( the king of bries in my opinion).

I agree with you Meanie about the Brie , I always bring loads of different kinds back from France with me when we go on holiday .
I have a few tricks up my sleeve that OH hasn't sussed yet ! I put cheese in things without telling him , i.e I make my own Pizza bases and toppings and I grate at least 3 oz. of cheese into the pastry ! he always says how delicious it is ... Shhh don't tell him .. LOL....
