Camargue horses

so clever, i think horses are next to impossible to draw.

Great picture. I learnt to draw horses when I was around 13 & it became a total obsession for several months, but haven't drawn one since & I doubt very much if I could now.

All I can say to this one is WOW!

I'm with you, Dwillis. It must be at least 20 years since I painted these, and I'm darned sure I couldn't do it now. Mind you, there are a lot of things I could do 20 years ago that I wouldn't be able to do now.......:-)

Lovely picture and if you took up the brushes again and got painting you would continue the wonderful artwork that you have shown us. I have had periods in the past where I haven't painted for a while then I get apprehensive about starting up again, but....when I do get going again I love it. So......pick up the brushes! Dab on the paint.......! x

not realy lol i think we could be realy good friends . its just a fealing you get with the odd persen you meet or obviously even speak to . im realy drawn to you hence fealing like i knew your voice . its a sign we have similer energies . youd like skillen on goy . we are best mates after just a couple of years a regulerly vissit each other when we can as shes 400 miles away . i think youd like amy to . theres obviously many more wonderfull people on here to .take care bye for now xx .

Amy and I have been chatting a bit recently. Not sure about the "similar energies", though, Leigh - I haven't got much energy at all these days. Getting old and fat and lazy! I don't know Skillen - I shall have to find out about her. You are right, Leigh, there are some really, really special people on the GoY site. I am still finding out who they all are, and am making some good friends, you included.
