Cool! looks like an old fashioned Christmas card! :))))

I thought it was a card too!

Well, now , there's an idea for 2012! It started to snow (this isn't this year) and I grabbed my camera and rushed outside, still in my carpet slippers, to capture the moment.

Thank you so much, Annella & ML. Grazie Altrettanto! The same to you. We have been decorating the house for Christmas yesterday and today. It seems to take longer every year. I shall be going out with the secateurs and a big basket to collect all the greenery as soon as the drizzle stops. This, of course may be tomorrow. Still no snow forecast, just rain and falling temperatures. I shouldn't complain. We installed the new woodburning stove over the weekend, so now we have two, and it takes about a week of keeping them fired up 24/7 before our thick stone walls have heated through and keep the whole house toasty warm.

Lovely! Love the outside Christmas Tree! We're away this Christmas and New Year, so we're not bothering with decorations, but last year I put the Christmas Tree on the balcony and the looks on the faces of the sheep when they were brought into their compound and looked up at the strange sight of a lit-up tree was just hilarious!

It looks wonderful, so pretty , I know what you mean about it taking longer every year Gattina , it's worth it in the end when it looks so pretty :o) I hope your new wood burner soon warms you up we only have one but we are delighted with it ...
