Its looking so pretty. Are those Allium bulbs coming up? If so they are going to be stunning!

they are day lillies which are all self sets, amazing how they keep producing more and more, some of them are the orange double which I sent you a cutting of. Some are a red one, I am not sure which one though.

I am really hoping that my orange day lily will flower this year Mum!

I will send you another piece if it doesn't, it does sometimes take a while for them to get going, have transplanted some of it into my raised border (used to be the veggie border) hope it gets going as well as the rest has in the garden.

Lovely picture Oliveoil, the daylilies are growing by the day aren't they, is it the double orange 'Kwanso' you have? I have looooads of that too its like a triffid, very pretty though.
Robs been chopping a few dead trees in our little wood this week, more planting space yaaay, busy googling shade lovers at the moment.

Yes Kath it is very prolific, been transplanting some into the raised bed (used to be the veggie patch) turning it into flower bed instead, lol. as if I hadn't got enough already. lol. Glad you got Rob working hard, tell him cricket starts towards end of April, you are both welcome to come across and have your tea with us all. It would be good to see you both at cricket and in the pub on a Saturday night after the matches. lol. think that is the best bit, only kidding I like my cricket.

I will go and add 'Kwanso' to my catalogue...thanks! :)

Funny you should mention cricket Barbara just come back from our holidays and we had the Kent cricket team in our hotel for the whole 2 weeks, Rob was in his element, lol, poor lad can't do any of his sport anymore, had to pack in squash last year due to his bad knees, doctor said its best to wait till he's 60 for knee replacements, suppose its all the years of sport thats done it, a friend booked him in with a personnel trainer who's showed him a few exercises he can do but not what he's used to, the pub sounds good though :-))

Poor Rob, my knees are giving out too, but I will not have surgery, I will just put up with them, I suppose if the pain got too bad I would give in. lol. Tell him sitting watching will not cause him too much pain, it is the only way I can get Paul to sit down taking him to cricket. He does love cricket so much shame their bodies take it out of them for playing sport. Paul had a hip replacement a few years back now, think that was caused by constant diving in goal at hockey and banging himself so much. When you are young you want to stay fit and enjoy yourself but you nearly always pay the penalty as you become older. lol. (not that Rob is old) sorry Rob. xx
