The birds are decimating mine. Every morning bits everywhere. Neighbour has a nest in her garden full of my aubretia. Bargain there San.

Teratoonie said Aubretias are alkaline plants so I scatter a bit of lime round mine ocasionally. Not sure it makes any differnce though, my garden is very wet and heavy clay.

thanx and thankyou for the tip, we have clay to but this is all new topsoil and not sure what it is, will see how they get on :o)) they are lovely though and pleased i got some.
