It's bloomed! And it stinks! I had forgotten how bad it actually does smell.

Amy - sometimes the bulb dies after flowering, or it may bloom every year for a while. Produce offsets freely though.

I did smell this once last year in a nearby village. A week later the whole plant was gone!

How spectacular! I've seen these bloom here before. They do smell very, very awful! It is suppose to smell like a rotting corpse to attract the pollinators...that's nature for you. lol! :>)
