It is Terra...lots of renovations have taken place over the last few years...it is owned by an American couple now, and run by a British couple...it's self sufficient now, but very expensive to stay there...these old buildings cost an arm and two legs to maintain...

Yes, upkeep is expensive.
This property has a tranquil look.
Good to know it is being well-maintained.

A not so funny story, a few years ago when the owners bought the Chateau, they were having a rummage around, and found an old Banner, carried on a Staff by one of the old Kings...and because it was dirty, she put it in the Washing Machine, and ruined, an important piece of History...duh...

What a daft thing to do...
... didn't she read the washing instructions on the old Banner ?

Beautiful, but like you say a very expensive place to keep up with the expence of maintaning it.
