Yes they are Grandmage. I had the smaller ones first which get everywhere and it put me off them, but glad I went for this one now.

At least with this one Drc. you can dig up a few corms easily and pop them elsewhere if you need to. I have noticed that I have some of the 'common' ones re-growing in my border so i will pull a few up come autumn.

They're gorgeous. The orange ones are a bit invasive but these red ones aren't. I love them, the colour is so strong.

Thanks everyone. I had to get rid of the orange ones -Crocosmia montbretia they even came up in my old lawn and spread so fast.

I think we all seem to love this one,Denise..so vibrant isn't it ?...I wouldn't be without it..I haven't any of the old type orange Montbretia..but a nice shorter one,which is more golden than orange..again,no name,and it spreads ,but I needed a gap filler...
